How long will it take to receive my order?
Estimated shipping time takes 10-20 business days for US orders and 10-30 business days for international orders.
Shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. Please note that International customers will be responsible for any customs fee.

Orders (excluding customized product) information generally becomes available 48 to 72 hours after you place the order.
Which payment methods are available?
We currently only accept creditcard payments and PayPal. More payment options will be added in the future.

Your card information is encrypted during transmission, and we assure you that the information you provide is only used for the requested transaction and is not stored.
What currency is used to process my order?
All orders are processed in USD (Dollars). While the content of your cart maybe displayed in the currency of your country, you will checkout using USD (Dollars) at the most current exchange rate.
Do I get a receipt for my order?
You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
Can I still make changes to my order after placing it?
Order changes, cancellations, shipping address update needs to be done within 24 hrs upon placing them. You can send us an email at email@example.com for any requests.
What do I do if my product is faulty?

Can I return sale items?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
